  • Generate an invoice from PrintSmith’s job tracking management software with Bristol Pay’s Pay Now Payably Invoicing button on it. Send it to your customers so they can click to pay by credit card or ACH quickly and easily. Focus on growing your print shop while your payments post seamlessly to your PrintSmith Vision management software..

In Person

  • Bristol Pay’s EMV Compliant, smart POS terminal comes loaded with the Payably app—type in a PrintSmith invoice number to allow Bristol Pay’s Payably app to talk to your PrintSmith Vision software. Payably requests the invoice information and amount so that your customer can dip, tap, or use mobile pay to make a credit card payment. Payably then sends the information back to your PrintSmith software to post for you.

On The Phone

  • Are you like Bristol Pay’s support team and you speak to your customers regularly? Take ACH and credit card payments on the phone manually through the PrintSmith Vision cash register. If your credit card module is activated, then your PSV cash register will be activated as well. With Bristol Pay’s integration, those payments will also automatically post to your PrintSmith management software—no manual entry required, no manual entry mistakes made.

Recurring Billing and Stored Profiles

  • If your customers trust you like you trust Bristol Pay, then they will store payment profiles within your Payably product solution, either for regular, automated monthly/ annual payments or for when they call or email and say, Just charge my card/ bank account on file. You can log in to your PrintSmith instance which speaks to Payably’s encrypted and secure gateway in order to find the customer’s credit card or ACH payment information.
