Our product

We built Payably.

Not a white label with our name on it. Our engineers wrote it, our support team answers for it, and when a print shop needs it to work differently, the answer is a release rather than a ticket to somebody else's vendor.

Features, demos, the integration list and the help center all live on the product site.

What it does

Payments for print shops, working inside the system the shop already runs on.

Applies payment inside PrintSmith Vision

A payment taken through Payably is applied against the invoice in PrintSmith Vision, so the shop is not keying the same transaction twice. Reconciling stays the shop's own step.

Sends a pay link the customer recognizes

Branded payment pages and pay-now buttons, so the shop's customer is paying the shop rather than landing somewhere unfamiliar.

Funds next day

Money reaches the shop's account the next day. Card and ACH both run through the same platform, with one place to call when something needs an answer.

Why it matters that it is ours

A payments company that licenses its platform can only pass your request along. The roadmap belongs to someone else, the integration belongs to someone else, and so does the timeline.

We wrote the software and we wrote the connectors into the print systems it talks to. That is why Payably fits how a shop actually works instead of how a vendor assumed it would.

It is also why we will tell you plainly when we are not the right fit.

Built in-house

Payably is our own product, not a reseller agreement.

Connectors we maintain

Written and kept current by the people who built them.

RocketPrint Software

Acquired, and now part of what we build on.

What it connects to

Four print systems, each connector written here.
